The story of each table begins in the forest...

The quality and durability of our tables are a combination of craftsmanship, carpentry experience and time devoted to their careful manufacture.

- 1 -

Wood Harvesting

The soul of the table is carefully selected oak wood. We search for the best raw materials from forests where the trees developed in the sun and grew on appropriate soil. We carefully select suppliers of steel and complementary elements.

- 2 -

Sawing the logs

We saw the logs obtained from selected wood into pieces - thick, rough-hewn boards, smelling of raw wood, 50 mm thick.

- 3 -

Seasoning

To make the oak wood fully ready for further processing, we season it. First, we place them in stacks outdoors. Thanks to this, the raw material reduces humidity to approximately 20%. When the material is sufficiently dry, we move it to a closed drying room, where we achieve the ideal wood moisture level of 8%.

Stay in the drying room

After reaching the appropriate humidity, we transport our sawn timber to a closed dryer to dry it to 8% humidity.

Transfer to the carpentry shop

High-quality wood, seasoned and prepared for further processing by our craftsmen, is ready to become a unique table in the hands of carpenters and the beginning of a unique story.

The clearings where we obtain the raw material start in early spring or late autumn.

Cutting trees at specific times of the year limits the amount of water in the log, allowing for the production of high-quality lumber. We create our products only from proven, carefully selected raw material. We use certified oak wood seasoned for 36 months.

We start the processing of wood already in the drying room, where at a low temperature, it rests, and the remaining water is evaporated. Thanks to this, the tops of the tables will not warp or crack during use.
The lumber that in our hands will turn into a unique piece of furniture rests on special spacers guaranteeing proper air circulation. The halls where we prepare and season the wood are located away from industrial buildings because we ensure that the seasoning process takes place in the best possible conditions.

A long stay in the drying room prepares the wood, brings out its best features, and allows for the creation of the highest quality product.

Such material is ready for further processing by experienced carpenters – planing, gluing, sanding, or varnishing.

We fully control the process of creating our furniture. We ensure that every element is properly prepared, made, and mounted. We want to be sure that a high-quality piece of furniture will reach the new owner, which will last for many years, maturing like proverbial wine.
